Eating Right, Made Easy!!!

Okay, we know we need to eat 5 or 6 small meals every day.  We realize we should eat 3 meals around 300-450 calories each.  We should have 3 snacks around 150-200 calories each.  It is recommended to eat about every 2-2 ½ hours.

Now, how many of us do this?  There are so many reasons why this isn’t practical! It is so hard to prepare all of those meals right?  It is so inconvenient to carry all that food in a plastic bag.  Or, your current lunch box isn’t big enough to get you through your work week.  How do you keep all that food cold?

Wouldn’t it be great to have a place to organize your water, supplements, and meals, be able to keep them cold, and so easy to transport????

Guess what???  There is!  My wife bought me my “dream lunch box” for my birthday this year.  I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO EXCITED ABOUT A LUNCH BOX IN MY LIFE!!!

The lunch box is actually called “The six pack meal management system”.  There are two sizes.  The large holds 5 meals, the small holds 3 meals.  There are also compartments to hold drinks, supplements, utensils, there are places for ice packs to go as well to keep your food cold ALL DAY!  I can say that from experience!!!   Here are the difference in the small and large bags:
